Middy has all her stitching now, and I'm working on getting her beaded. Her wings are almost done. She is filled with beads! I could be beading for a couple days :)

Still working on getting pictures. I know this is a pretty boring blog without them. Hopefully soon!

Midsummer Night's Fairy is coming along beautifully! I can't believe how quickly she is stitching up. It usually takes me a whole year (off and on) to finish a project. I have only been working on this one for two weeks, and she's almost done. I have just the bottom portion of her dress to do, then I start beading.

I think the difference is the fabric. This is my first time to use a hand-dyed linen. I put her on Sugar Maple Fabric's Winter Meadow, and it is gorgeous! The colors in the fabric match the colors in her dress perfectly. I am positively giddy about this fabric!

I want to start this blog as a record of my stitching projects and resources. I will be adding photos of my WIPs and finished projects as soon as I get a new digital camera :)

So far, the only thing I have completed this year is Mirabilia's Cinderella. I have two WIPs at the moment: Mirabilia's Midsummer Night's Fairy, and World Peace Angel from Lavender and Lace.
